Terms of Service
These terms apply to the DE Rantau Ready website, self-service readiness checker, digital reports, document-preparation materials, and any separately agreed human-review services.
Important: DE Rantau Ready is an independent preparation tool. It is not MDEC, Malaysia Immigration, a law firm, or a visa-approval service. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time, or any application outcome.
1. What we provide
Our digital products may include a readiness assessment, personalized preparation checklist, editable templates, and practical document-preparation guidance. The content is based on information you provide and is for general preparation purposes only.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all official requirements, maintaining control of your application account and credentials, and submitting only genuine documents. You must not use our materials to misrepresent your work, income, identity, or immigration circumstances.
3. Official rules and independent decisions
Official MDEC and immigration rules may change. Your classification, supporting evidence, and final application outcome are determined only by the relevant authorities. We may distinguish official requirements from practical preparation notes, but practical notes are not official rules.
4. Digital access and licence
After payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital material for your own application preparation. You may not resell, share, publish, copy for commercial use, or redistribute reports, templates, or download links.
5. Human-review services
One-to-one review and full-application accompaniment are separate services with scope, timing, and communication arrangements confirmed before work begins. You retain control of your own accounts and passwords. We do not request or retain passwords or one-time verification codes.
6. Payments and availability
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We may suspend a purchase flow when a payment provider, fraud review, compliance review, or technical issue requires it. A payment confirmation does not create any guarantee of visa approval.
